This recipe will work great with:
- Kefir made with our Easy Kefir starter, or
- Yogurt made with our probiotic Yogurt Plus starter, or
- L. Reuteri cultured superfood made with our L. Reuteri starter, or
- L. Gasseri cultured superfood made with our L. Gasseri starter
Did your fermented dairy separate into solids and liquids? If so, you can include both curds AND whey (solids and liquid) in this recipe. This is a great way to use both. The whey will add flavor and good bacteria. It will also make the consistency less thick.
Prep time: 2 minutes
1 cup fermented dairy of your choice (both curds and whey)
Fresh and frozen fruit to your liking
Natural sweetener (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir if desired, serve.
