According to a recent survey, snacking isn't slowing down this year

The What's Trending in Nutrition survey by Pollock Communications and Today's Dietitian confirms that "consumers are still snacking as much as they were over the last two years – with boredom (71.8%), comfort (71.8%) and working from home (67%) being the top 3 reasons why."

The study also asserts that consumers are interested in snacks that support health and wellness.

While we can neither encourage nor discourage snacking, Cutting Edge Cultures agrees that food that enters your body, whether as a snack or a proper meal, should support your health and wellness. 

If you snack, snack healthy. Make cultured foods at home, such as yogurt, kefir, and sourdough bread, and use them to whip up quick, healthy, cultured pick-me-ups.
