The unbeatable FRESHNESS of homemade yogurt

Nothing compares to yogurt you've made yourself at home. It's a living food with a clean, refreshing, and exquisite flavor. 

Factory-made versions simply don't measure up. 

But why don't they, actually?

  • because they are much more processed than homemade ones.
  • because you're most likely not consuming them the same day they were made. 
  • because you have little control over the ingredients that are in them.

By contrast, when you ferment your own yogurt (and use it to produce a mouth-watering treat like the one in the picture), not only are you free to choose the best and freshest ingredients, but you can also enjoy the resulting delicacy the same day it was made. 

Add a few scoops of homemade yogurt into a bowl and top it with fresh/frozen fruit. Result? A vibrant, unprocessed, healthy treat, that doesn't get any fresher than that. And it only took 2 minutes!
