This recipe will work great with any of the following:
- Kefir made with our Easy Kefir starter
- Yogurt made with our probiotic Yogurt Plus starter
- L. Reuteri Superfood made with our L. Reuteri Superfood starter
- L. Gasseri Superfood made with our L. Gasseri Superfood starter
If your cultured dairy separated into solids and liquids, include both in this recipe. The whey will add flavor and good bacteria.
It will also make the consistency less thick.
Prep time: 2 minutes
- 1 cup cultured dairy of your choice (both curds and whey)
- Fresh and frozen fruit to your liking
- Natural sweetener (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir if desired, serve.
