1 cup plain homemade kefir/yogurt/ L. Reuteri superfood
Fresh and frozen fruit to your liking
Natural sweetener (optional)
Pour kefir/yogurt/L. reuteri superfood into a bowl. Stir in sweetener. Top with fruit. Serve.
