This recipe will work great with:
- Kefir made with our Easy Kefir starter, or
- Yogurt made with our probiotic Yogurt Plus starter, or
- L. Reuteri cultured superfood made with our L. Reuteri starter, or
- L. Gasseri cultured superfood made with our L. Gasseri starter
Did your fermented dairy separate into solids and liquids? If so, don't forget to include both curds AND whey (solids and liquid) in this recipe. This is a great way to use both. The whey will add flavor and good bacteria, and will make the consistency less thick.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 large firm cucumber (or 4 small firm cucumbers), diced
- 2 cups fermented dairy of your choice (both curds and whey)
- 4 pickled (or fermented) cucumbers, diced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tbsps. fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsps. squeezed lemon or apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season to taste, mix, serve. (Or refrigerate to let the flavors set)
